  • 制备方法:对硝基氯苯在氢氧化钠中水解成对硝基苯酚钠,酸化后用铁粉还原而得4-氨基苯酚。 在配碱釜中将氢氧化钠配制成浓度为137~140g/L的溶液,然后将其加入到水解釜内,加入熔融的对硝基氯苯,加热升温到152℃,釜内压力为0.4~0.42MPa(表压),停止加热,水解反应放出的热量使温度与压力上升到165℃、0.6MPa (表压),反应3小时,取样分析,使油状馏出物 <0.5%后,水解到终点。冷却至120℃。 将水和98%的浓硫酸加入到第一结晶釜中,然后压入水解物,冷却到50~55℃,加入浓硫酸,使刚果红试纸呈紫色,继续冷却至30℃,抽滤到离心机中进行脱水。 在还原釜内加入上批对氨基苯酚精制过滤后的母液,加热到90℃,加入铁粉和30%的盐酸,在沸腾状态下交替加入铁粉和对硝基苯酚,加料过程视反应情况(如溢锅时),应补入冷的精制过滤母液。沸腾还原到终点(反应液滴于白色滤纸上,渗圈应无色)。补入一定量的热精制母液,加入氧化镁至反应液中无铁离子。静置30分钟,放出上层清液,下层铁泥用98℃结晶过滤母液打浆,过滤,滤液打入第二结晶釜内。 在第二结晶釜内于4小时内降温到60~65℃,放入第三结晶釜在4小时内继续降温到25℃,维持30分钟,离心过滤。 在精制釜内配成SO2含量为4%~5%的重亚硫酸氢钠溶液,加入结晶过滤的滤饼,搅拌1.5小时,离心过滤,滤饼进行负压气流干燥,得对氨基苯酚成品,精制母液于下批还原时循环使用。
