  • 方法二:乙酸异戊酯存在于香蕉和可可豆中，工业上由杂醇油分离得到的戊醇为原料。先后将异戊醇和硫酸加入冰醋酸中，加热回流反应。当分馏柱顶端温度达到132℃时，即酯化完全。冷却后用水洗涤，与10%的NaOH溶液中和，再水洗至中性，最后用无水氯化钙干燥后蒸馏，收集138～143℃的馏分，即为产品。 CH3COOH(CH3)2CHCH2CH2OH[H2SO4]→CH3COOCH2CH2CH(CH3)2+H2O
