  • 方法二:由乙酸与已醇酯化而得。在搪玻璃反应锅内加入23kg正已醇、15kg乙酸、18kg苯、250g硫酸。慢慢加热回流，蒸出物经冷凝在油水分离器分出苯，回流到反应锅中。约2h后，回流的苯清亮时，即水分已脱完。继续蒸出苯，回收套用。剩余物为粗品，加5%碳酸钠溶液洗涤几次，再用水洗涤。经无水碳酸钾干燥后进行分馏，收集170-173℃馏分即得成品。
