  • 方法一:由癸酸与冰醋酸经缩合、消除反应而得。将反应管内吸附了乙酸镁的浮石催化剂升温，在450℃活化2h，冷却至400℃，然后在380-400℃，以每小时2000ml的流量，将癸酸与冰醋酸混合液从反应管上部加入，先经过装有瓷环的汽化段，再进入装有催化剂的反应段，最后通过冷却段出料。收集得到的反应液用热水洗涤，分去水层，取油层进行减压蒸馏，收集130-146℃（2.67kPa）馏分，得甲壬酮。收率75%以上。
