毒性:早期中毒症状为齿龈边缘出现铅线(明显中毒时可能没有铅线)、皮肤呈土灰色。中毒初期出现神经衰弱综合征。如果小脑中毒，会产生铅中毒性抑郁症，铅中毒性躁狂症等，还会引起铅毒性麻痹敏感性多发性神经炎。引起低色素贫血。产生代谢和内分泌障碍。对消化系统抑制某些酶的活性及引起消化不良，腹部剧烈疼痛，肝脏受损。引起高血压，胆固醇增高。如果出现腹部剧烈疼痛，可皮下注射阿托品等药物，腹部保暖，灌肠，洗热水浴等措施。空气中最大容许浓度为0.01 mg/m 3 。操作中戴上口罩，可阻滞95%～97%铅粉尘。蒸气浓度高时可使用过滤式防毒面具或软管式防毒面具，强制供给新鲜空气。在工作场所，在工作时间禁止进食、吸烟。工作后必须洗淋浴，饭前、工后要漱口、刷牙。洗浴后要用1%的醋酸溶液把手上或其他污染部位的铅洗掉。如果出现铅中毒症状要暂时脱离工作岗位，重者调换到长期不接触铅的工作岗位。
