  • 方法一:由环氧乙烷与甲醇、三氟化硼乙醚进行加成反应,中和反应产物得甲氧基乙醇。再与苯酐进行酯化反应,然后用活性炭脱色、蒸馏、水洗、碱洗、脱水、压滤而得成品。酯化反应产物水洗后,进行减压蒸馏,这种后处理工艺也被工业生产采用。工业品DMEP的含量≥99。原料消耗定额:苯酐750kg/t、环氧乙烷820kg/t、甲醇660kg/t。
