  • 萜烯类化合物:莰烯是蒎烯的同分异构体,是一种萜烯类化合物,有三种旋光异构体即dl-体、d-体和l-体。常见者为dl-体。l-体是1888年由Gobolow从冷杉油中发现的,莰烯存在于冷杉油、白草蒿、橙花、樟脑、薰衣草、菖蒲和姜黄等精油中,分子式C10H16,分子量136.24,为无色结晶体,在空气中挥发,加热时产生可燃性蒸气。具有类似樟脑香气。d-旋光体熔点45~46℃,旋光度+104°。L-旋光体熔点51~52℃,旋光度-85°。不溶于水,微溶于乙醇,易溶于环己烷、乙醚及氯仿。d-莰烯存在于樟脑油,姜黄油,白菖莆油,薰衣草油,橙花油中。L-莰烯存在于冷杉油、铁杉油、崖柏油中。由蒎烯经催化异构化作用而得。市售莰烯允许含~20%三环萜。熔点41-45℃,含量≥80%。在香料中少量用于木香型香精中。它的主要用途是作为合成樟脑,合成檀香的原料。莰烯收载于美国FEMA2903;美国FDA批准用于食品。 从蒎烯用水合氧化钛作催化剂在135±2℃下异构化作用而制备,或从冰片基氯在松香烯磺酸存在下与碱一起加热而制备L-莰烯和d-莰烯。 制备莰烯工艺流程图如下: 莰烯在调香上用途不大,仅少量用于日化香精中。它主要作为合成龙脑、毒杀芬、硫氰醋酸异莰酯、醋酸异莰酯、樟脑以及檀香型香料的重要原料而广泛使用。 莰烯也是重要的香料,是我国GB2760-19
