  • 广谱抗生素:盐酸四环素是一种广谱抗生素,高浓度时具杀菌作用,除了常见的革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌以及厌氧菌外,多数立克次体属、支原体属、衣原体属、非典型分枝杆菌属、螺旋体、放线菌属、炭疽杆菌、单核细胞增多性李斯特菌、梭状芽孢杆菌、奴卡菌属对本品敏感。本品对革兰阳性菌作用优于革兰阴性菌,但肠球菌属和耐青霉素的淋球菌对其耐药。本品对弧菌、布鲁菌属、弯曲杆菌、耶尔森菌等革兰阴性菌抗菌作用良好,对铜绿假单胞菌无抗菌活性。 抗菌机理在于药物能特异性地与细菌核糖体30S亚基的A位置结合,阻止氨基酰-tRNA在该位上的联结,从而抑制肽连的增长和影响细菌蛋白质的合成而产生抑菌作用,又由于它能够改变细菌胞浆膜的通透性,使之易在菌体内积聚,起到快速抑菌的效果。 盐酸四环素是四环素碱的盐酸盐,在生产过程中,经进一步合成、精制而成,纯度高,毒副作用小,贮存期长。口服吸收百分比远远高于四环素碱,进人人体后,血药浓度、尿药浓度、生物利用度均高于四环素碱,而且安全可靠、疗效确切,目前在欧美一些国家仍在广泛使用。 盐酸四环素首选用于治疗衣原体感染、立克次体病、支原体肺炎、回归热等非细菌性感染,也用于布鲁菌病、霍乱、兔热病、鼠咬热、炭疽、破伤风、鼠疫、放线菌病、气性坏疽和敏感细菌引起的呼吸系统、胆管、尿路感染及皮肤软组织感染等的治疗。
