  • 生产方法:林丹是1,2,3,4,5,6-六氯环已烷的丙体(γ-体)。工业上含丙体99%以上的通称林丹,在六六六的甲、乙、丙、丁等构象异构体(即α-、β-、γ-、δ-体等)中,仅丙体具有强烈杀虫性质。林丹的工业生产方法是根据六六六各异构体在甲醇中不同温度下的溶解度不同,以及各种异构体的结晶度的差异来提取的,在适当的甲醇量及提取温度下,丙体、丁体及油状物杂质被抽出在甲醇中,甲、乙体成残渣分出。被饱和以及溶有丁体、油状物的甲醇溶液,经冷却结晶,因基结晶速度的差异,六六六丙体结晶分出。一般需再进行第二次提纯才能得到丙体含量在99%以上的林丹产品。

  • 毒性:大鼠急性经口LD 50 为88~270mg/kg(125mg/kg),小鼠59~246mg/kg。对皮肤有刺激性,产生红疹和红肿。动物体内有蓄积用用,以625mg/kg喂养大鼠,约50%有抽蓄中毒症状,雄大鼠血清转氨酶活性增高,红细胞计数明显减少。生产车间最高允许浓度为0.5mg/m 3 。
