- 洋蓟素（1,3-二咖啡酰奎宁酸），又称朝蓟素，洋蓟酸。存在于菊科植物洋蓟(Cynara scolymus L. )、森林千里光(Senecio nemorensis L. )全草中，也可化学合成。具有利胆、保肝、降胆固醇作用。临床用于治疗由肝功能不足引起的各种疾病。还可作为利胆药。
