  • 方法一:由乙酰苯胺经溴化而得。将乙酰苯胺溶于乙醇中,冷至10℃左右,慢慢加溴,温度控制在20-25℃,约1.5-2h加完,再搅拌0.5h,放置一天,然后倒至亚硫酸氢钠溶液中,过滤,水洗,再用乙醇重结晶即得成品。
