  • B族维生素:硫辛酸属于B族维生素中的一类化合物,酵母及一些微生物的生长因素,在多酶系统中起辅酶作用,催化丙酮酸氧化脱羧成乙酸及α-酮戊二酸氧化脱羧成琥珀酸的反应中转酰基作用。化学名称为5-[3-(1,2 -二硫杂环)] 戊酸,外观为淡黄色晶体,分子量206.33。 DL-体: 熔点60~61℃。L-体 (天然品): 熔点45~47.5℃。旋光度 [α]D23+113℃。D-体 (天然品): 熔点46~48℃。旋光度 [α] D23+104℃。溶于有机溶剂。难溶于水。用于防治急性肝炎、肝硬变、肝昏迷、脂肪肝等疾病。天然品存在于肝脏、肾脏及心脏。合成品由乙烯和己二酸单酯酰氯在三氯化铝存在下缩合得氯丙酰戊酰酯,再与硫酸缩合,用硼氢化钠还原和苛性钠水解,再与硫脲等反应制得。 6,8-二硫辛酸。溶于水,常与维生素B1同时存在。有氧化型和还原型(6,8-二巯基辛酸)两种存在形式。在生物体内,一些氢或酰基就通过这两种形式的变换来接受或转移。作α-酮酸氧化脱羧酶和转羟乙基酶的辅酶,在代谢反应中起转运酰基和氢的作用。人体能合成,故未见缺乏症。但为一些微生物和原生动物的生长发育所必需。肝、酵母中含量丰富。
