  • 用途一:O-乙基磷酰二氯在农药上用于制备杀线虫剂灭线磷、苯线磷和杀菌剂敌瘟磷等。
  • 方法一:O-乙基磷酰二氯的制备采用三氯氧磷与无水乙醇直接反应。 在搅拌和冷却的条件下,将无水乙醇滴加到等摩尔的三氯氧磷中,控制滴加温度在40℃左右,滴完后继续反应4h,边搅拌边抽出盐酸气。所得产品收率约90%,含量在91%以上。 由于反应产物活性很强,常温下遇水或醇易发生水解或醇解反应,生成相应的副产物。反应产生的HCl若不及时排出,长时间与原料乙醇接触也会发生副反应。副C 2 H 5 OH+HCl→C 2 H 5 Cl+H 2 O 为了减少这些副反应的发生,在工艺上常采取以下措施:①所用原料和反应体系必须无水,且要求反应在低温(O℃以下)和微压的条件下进行;②三氯氧磷一般过量30%~150%,有时还加入一定量的二甲苯作稀释剂,既有利于热的扩散,也防止生成二酯、三酯等副产物;③反应后在真空条件下(一般在2.66kPa)脱溶,并回收过量的三氯氧磷。
