  • 用途二:用于有机合成。
  • 方法一:由正十六醇与三碘化磷反应而得。将正十六醇、赤磷和碘一起加热使十六醇熔化，继续加热至150℃左右，搅拌反应5h。冷至室温，用乙醚提取。提取液经洗涤、干燥后，蒸除乙醚，剩余物进行减压蒸馏，收集220-225℃（2.93kPa）馏分，即得成品。收率约80%。
