  • 方法二:以水合肼、苯甲醛为原料,经缩合、甲基化反应而得。将39%的水合肼加入反应锅内,于20-30℃搅拌滴加苯甲醛,约7h加完,继续搅拌2h,放置过夜。次日过滤,用水洗涤至近中性,烘干得粒状固体苄叉连氮,熔点90-93℃,收率约95%以上。将苯、苄叉连氮、硫酸二甲酯加入反应锅内,密闭搅拌回流5h。冷却,析出固体,加水,固体即溶解,分层,进行水蒸气蒸馏,至蒸不出苯甲醛为止。加入无水乙醇,析出固体,冷却,过滤,得硫酸甲肼。收率为60%-70%。
