  • 方法一:将2-甲基四氢呋喃用氢溴酸及硫酸开环溴化合成而得。先将氢溴酸加入反应锅内冷却，在搅拌下依次缓缓加入2-甲基四氢呋喃及硫酸，在温度不超过40℃时加完。升温到60℃，反应2h，再于80-85℃反应4h，冷却后，分取溴化物，用水洗至中性，得二溴戊烷油状物。收率92.5%。工业品含量在90%以上。原料消耗定额：2-甲基四氢呋喃（90%）410kg/t、氢溴酸（≥48%）2400kg/t。
