  • 方法一:由间溴苯胺盐酸经重氮化、置换而得。将间溴苯胺酸盐、水加入反应锅，搅拌下慢慢滴加浓盐酸使全部溶解。冷却至0℃左右，缓缓滴加亚硝酸钠溶液，加毕，保温0.5h，得间溴苯胺重氮化溶液备用。另将乙基黄原酸钾水溶液加入反应锅，加热至45-50℃，缓缓加入重氮液，加毕，保温0.5h。用苯提取，提取液回收苯后，加入乙醇和氢氧化钾搅拌回流7h，回收乙醇至干，用3.6倍量的水使全部溶解，以稀硫酸调节pH至4，过滤，用苯提取，回收苯，减压蒸馏，收集120℃（2.93kPa）馏分而得成品。
