  • 方法一:由乙炔与无水氟化氢反应而得。经重铬酸钾净化,固碱和硅胶干燥的乙炔与无水氟化氢混合,倒入具有氟化铝催化剂的反应管中,维持250-350℃反应(反应温度随催化剂活性下降而提高)。由反应器流出的气体经冷却,水洗,除去未反应的氟化氢,再通过加热的氧化铜催化剂层,除去未反应的乙炔。此时,气体产物中除氟乙烯外,还含有二氟乙烷和微量的乙炔,乙烯和不凝性气体。另一种制法是由氯乙烯与氟化氢经催化加成得1,1-氟氯乙烷,再脱氯化氢而得氟乙烯。
