  • 方法一:将甲苯与无水三氯化铝加热,控制温度在45-50℃,在外部冷却下加入邻苯二甲酸酐,混合物保温至反应完全。将反应混合物倒入10%硫酸水溶液中,含产品的浆状物经水洗、分层、分离。含产品的溶剂层与5%碳酸钠溶液混合、过滤、洗涤、干燥而得2-(对甲苯酰)苯甲酸,然后与发烟硫酸在115℃加热1h进行闭环,将产物倾入冷水中,过滤、水洗、干燥而得。
