  • 方法三:不过滤不脱氟一段中和法 将40~80目的磷矿粉和15%~20%盐酸经计量后加入带搅拌萃取器中,磷矿粉与盐酸反应生成磷酸和氯化钙,反应后的料液经萃取后溢流人中和器中,加入一定量的石灰乳溶液(氧化钙80 g/L)或用200目石灰石粉悬浮液在50℃以下进行中和至Ph=4~5,使PO4 3- 完全沉淀。得到的沉淀经增稠沉降后离心分离,并再经水洗涤,制得肥料用磷酸氢钙成品。其 Ca5F(PO4)3+10HCl→3H3P04+5cacl2+HF↑ 2H3PO4+Ca(OH)2→Ca(H2PO4)2+2H2O Ca(H2PO4)2+Ca(OH)2→2CaHPO4?2H2O 磷酸一钙法将过磷酸钙加水搅拌于(35±5)℃下浸取10~15 min,然后离心分离,弃去磷石膏,得到磷酸一钙溶液,加入氯化钠(按每升溶液加氯化钠约40g)进行脱氟,控制脱氟温度在(45±5)℃,搅拌30 min,然后沉降约1h。将脱氟后的磷酸一钙溶液,加入含氧化钙80 g/L的石灰乳溶液进行搅拌中和,控制Ph值在2~2.5左右,中和温度不高于40℃,生成磷酸氢钙沉淀,经离心分离,制得肥料用磷酸氢钙成品。
  • 方法五:直接混合反应法 将含H3PO470%~80%的热法磷酸加热至40~50℃,与100目含95%CaCO3的方解石粉一同加入混合器中混合,发生剧烈反应生成磷酸氢钙和磷酸二氢钙混合物。物料经切碎、熟化后,物料中剩余的碳酸钙和磷酸二氢钙尽可能转化为磷酸氢钙。然后再送到回转窑烘干至含游离水3%以下,再经粉碎制得饲料用磷酸氢钙。其 2H3PO4+2CaCO3→2CaHPO4?2H2O+2CO2↑ 二段中和法以萃取磷酸为原料需进行净化。净化磷酸多用石灰石粉分步沉淀。即在第一段将石灰石悬浮液的70%~75%加人中和器与萃取磷酸进行中和反应,使其中的40%~65%P2O5沉淀出来,经过滤后,把滤液送到第二段中和器,再加入剩余的石灰石悬浮液进行中和反应,沉淀出饲料用磷酸氢钙,经过滤,滤饼送去干燥,制得饲料用磷酸氢钙。其 2H3PO4+2CaCO3→2CaHPO4?2H2O+2CO2↑
