  • 方法一:由丙烯腈与溴素加成而得。将丙烯腈加入玻璃反应器中，搅拌冷却至16℃，在灯光照射下滴加溴素，控制滴加速度使反应温度不超过30℃。滴加完毕，继续搅拌至溴素颜色褪去。减压蒸馏，收集105-112℃（2.66kPa）馏分，即得成品。收率85%。
