  • 方法一:糠氯酸是由糠醛和氯气为原料制备的。 在由三个柱子串联而成的串级式反应器内,于90~100℃下,用氯气连续氯化糠醛和浓盐酸(摩尔比1∶3)所构成的混合液。向第一个柱内以142g/h的速度供给糠醛,与分离了糠氯酸后的废液相混合,在此经氯气处理后再进入第二个柱内,与以1276g/h速度进料的糠醛相混合。再使反应混合液流至第三个柱内,同时以5250g/h的速度将氯气自柱子的底部通入,未反应的氯气再返回至第一个柱内。反应混合液在第一、第二、第三个柱内的滞留时间分别为20min、20min、30min,氯气与糠醛的摩尔比为5∶1。将氯化产物冷却至0~5℃,即可以2190g/h的速度获得糠氯酸,m.p.125~127℃,合成收率为87%。
