  • 方法一:由间苯二甲酸（异酞酸）经发烟硝酸硝化而得。将发烟硝酸加入反应锅，在搅拌下加入间苯二甲酸，升温回流6h，蒸出过剩的硝酸，冷却结晶。过滤，滤饼用冰水洗涤。所得粗品用水重结晶，即得5-硝基异酞酸。
