  • 方法一:由苯乙腈硝化而得。将硝酸和硫酸按1：1.5混配，冷却到0℃，开始滴加苄基氰，控制温度不超过10℃。加毕，在10℃以下反应1h。将反应液在搅拌下慢慢倒入7倍重量的碎冰中，过滤，用水洗涤饼至pH=3-4。所得湿粗品用乙醇重结晶，即得对硝基苯乙腈。
