  • 方法一:其制备方法有以下几种。 (1)邻硝基苯胺为原料法 在反应釜中加入25%盐酸和邻硝基苯胺,开动搅拌,在10~20℃及负压下通入氯气进行氯化,通氯气完毕,继续搅拌15min,然后过滤,滤饼用水洗至中性,即得2,4-二氯-6-硝基苯胺。 在另一反应釜中加入工业乙醇,在搅拌下,再加入2,4-二氯-6-硝基苯胺,在40℃以下加入95% H 2 SO 4 ,冷却到15℃,分批加入亚硝酸钠,加完亚硝酸钠后,继续在15℃保温反应4h,然后将料放入脱氮釜,缓慢加热至回流温度80℃,并保持回流2h,然后升温蒸出乙醇,液料放入蒸馏釜进行水蒸气蒸馏,蒸馏得到的油水料进行分层,得到3,5-二氯硝基苯。 将一定量的水和3,5-二氯硝基苯置于反应釜内,在搅拌下升温至回流,滴加配制成一定浓度的二硫化钠溶液,于1h内滴加完,并保持回流3h,静止分层,下层油状物用热水充分洗涤,得3,5-二氯苯胺。 (2)对硝基苯胺为原料法 将对硝基苯胺在反应釜内于盐酸存在下进行氯化,得到2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯胺,然后将2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯胺在硫酸存在下用NaNO 2 进行重氮化,得到相应的重氮硫酸盐,在乙醇溶液中进行脱氮,得到3,5-二氯硝基苯,再用Na 2 S 2 进行还原或催化加氢,即可制得3,5-二氯苯胺。 (3)二氯苯为原料法 日本石原产业公司用邻二氯苯或对二氯苯为原料进行溴化得到溴代二氯苯,在催化剂AlCl 3 存在下进行重排得3,5-二氯溴化苯,再用氨进行氨化,得到3,5-二氯苯胺。
