  • 方法一:由二氯二乙醚与水合肼环合而得。将二氯二乙醚，水合肼及乙醇加入反应罐，搅拌下缓慢升温，回流2h。在保持回流的同时，4h内分批加入氢氧化钠。然后冷却至10℃过滤，弃去滤渣。滤液在常压下回收乙醇至回收量为投料的量的90%。反应液冷却至40-50℃，再加氢氧化钠。搅拌至氢氧化钠溶解后继续搅拌30min。冷却至10-15℃，甩滤，滤渣弃去。滤液用甲苯提取2次（第二次提取液在下批反应中套用）。减压回收甲苯后，收集70-80℃（6.67kPa）馏分。含量20%以上为正沸物，即4-氨基吗啉。
