  • 方法一:其制备方法是在反应瓶内加入三氯化磷和溶剂二甲苯，冷却到0℃，在搅拌状况下滴加炔丙醇，滴完后升温至80℃反应，然后进行后处理，精馏得氯丙炔。反应方程式：HC≡C—CH 2 OH+PCl 3 →HC≡C—CH 2 Cl+H 3 PO 3
  • 方法二:由炔丙醇与三氯化磷反应而得。先将火油、三氯化磷加入干燥的反应罐中，在20℃以下滴加丙炔醇和吡啶混合液，加完后，升温至回流，反应4h后，加入冰水中，分去水层，油层加碳酸钠水窗口和至pH=5-6，分去水层，再经水洗、干燥、常压蒸馏，收集52-60℃馏分而得成品。原料消耗定额：炔丙醇（95%）1360kg/t、三氯化磷（96%）1350kg/t。
