  • 方法五:可由磺化法生产苯酚的蒸馏残渣中回收。苯酚的蒸馏残渣含苯基苯酚40%左右,其它成分为苯酚、无机盐、水等。经真空蒸馏,分离出混位苯基苯酚馏分段,真空度为53.3-66.7kPa,温度在65-75℃开始截取至100℃以上,但不得超过1345℃。再利用邻、对位羟基联苯在三氯乙烯中溶解度的不同,将二者分离为纯净物。将混合位物(主要2-羟基联苯和4-羟基联苯)加热溶解于三氯乙烯中,经冷却,先析出4-羟基联苯结晶,经离心过滤、干燥得至4-羟基联苯。母液用碳酸钠溶液洗涤,再加稀碱液使2-羟基联苯成盐。静置分层后,取上层2-羟基联苯钠盐减压脱水,即得钠盐成品。2-羟基联苯钠盐为白色至淡红色粉末。极易溶于水,在100g水中可溶122g,2%的水溶液pH为11.1-12.2。亦易溶于丙酮、甲醇,溶于甘油,但不溶于油脂。2-羟基联苯钠盐经酸化可制得2-羟基联苯,两者都是食品添加剂。
