  • 理化性质:马尿酸又称“苯甲酰氨基乙酸”、“N-苯酰基氨基乙酸”,分子式C9H9NO3。分子量179.18。无色结晶。熔点187~188℃。微溶于冷水、氯仿、乙醚、冷乙醇,略溶于戊醇,溶于热水、热乙醇、磷酸钠水溶液,几乎不溶于苯、二硫化碳、石油醚。天然存在于食草动物(如马)的尿中,人尿中也有少量存在,易被水解为苯甲酸与甘氨酸。马尿酸能在一定范围内降低尿液pH值,使细菌的生存环境发生变化,从而起到协同杀菌作用。测定尿中马尿酸用吡啶—苯磺酰氯比色法。其原理是马尿酸在吡啶溶液中与苯磺酰氯反应,产物在乙醇溶液中呈黄色化合物,根据颜色深浅用比色法进行定量分析。正常人尿中马尿酸的含量因饮食品种和摄入量不同而变化很大(每日0.3~2.5克),并且有个体差异。甲苯进入机体后,经代谢转化,大部分生成马尿酸,并随尿排出。测定尿中马尿酸的含量,可作为反映机体甲苯吸收情况的接触指标,不能作为诊断的指标。 马尿酸可由苯甲酰氯与甘氨酸在氢氧化钠溶液中反应制得。可用于生化试剂和有机合成中。马尿酸铵盐为晶体,易溶于水,溶于乙醇;钾盐为晶体,内含一分子结晶水,易溶于水,溶于乙醇。 以上信息由ChemicalBook的Andy编辑整理。

  • 马尿酸排泄试验:利用苯甲酸钠进入人体在肝脏与甘氨酸结合为无毒的马尿酸随尿排出的原理,检查肝脏解毒功能,称马尿酸排泄试验。肾脏不仅能排泄马尿酸,也能合成少量马尿酸,只有在肾功能正常时,用马尿酸试验检查才能真实反映肝脏的解毒功能。受试者略进早餐后,口服6g苯甲酸钠。收集服药后4h尿液,测定尿中排泄量,正常值4h排出马尿酸量应>3.0g。为避免口服苯甲酸钠常引起的恶心、呕吐,可静脉缓慢注入1.77g苯甲酸钠,收集注射后1h尿液,测定排出量,正常值1h排出量应>0.7g。肝实质性病变时,如肝炎、肝硬变和肝坏死等,由于肝脏合成马尿酸功能障碍,使马尿酸生成减少。阻塞性黄疸变化较小。肾血流量减少和肾排泄功能障碍也能使马尿酸排出量减少。有些水果中含有苯甲酸如苹果、香蕉等,试验时应禁食。马尿酸试验由于影响因素多及苯甲酸钠能引起病人不良反应,且对估价肝脏解毒功能不甚确切,故临床已少用。 参考资料:中国医学百科全书·二十七 诊断学 【作者:孙荣武】

  • 方法一:由苯甲酰氯与氨基乙酸在氢氧化钠溶液中反应得到苯酰氨基乙酸钠,然后用盐酸酸化制得。将氨基乙酸溶于氢氧化钠溶液中,在30℃以下同时滴入苯甲酰氯及氢氧化钠溶液,使反应液始终呈碱性。加毕,搅拌30min。然后加盐酸酸化至pH为2,滤出粗品,用水重结晶,得马尿酸。原料消耗定额:氨基乙酸(90%)610kg/t、苯甲酰氯(60%)1520kg/t、液碱(30%)1960kg/t、盐酸(30%)900kg/t。
