  • 皮肤科外用药:目前许多医院皮肤科常用治疗烧伤和皮肤创伤的外用药品比亚芬，其主要成分就是三乙醇胺，三乙醇胺可通过渗透和毛细作用原理，起到清洁和引流的双重作用，可增加皮肤血流速度，帮助排出渗出物，还可改变白细胞介素Ⅰ和白细胞介素Ⅵ之间的比例，刺激成纤维细胞增生，增加胶原的合成。临床用于治疗放射治疗引发的继发性红斑，Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度烧伤和尚未感染的皮肤创伤。(1) 放疗引起的皮肤损伤：推荐一日敷用2～3次，每次敷用间隔相等，轻轻按摩以使皮肤吸收。(2) Ⅱ度烧伤和其他皮肤创伤：在清洁创伤后，于创伤表面敷上一厚层药物，重复敷用以使创伤处有足量的药物。若需要，请使用湿润的敷布包扎好。勿使用干性吸水敷布包扎。(3) Ⅰ度烧伤：敷上一厚层直至皮肤不再吸收药物为止，并轻轻按摩。一日2～4次。
