  • 概述:2,2,2-三氟乙醇或三氟乙醇简称TEF或TFEA，是一种重要的脂肪族含氟中间体，是无色、能与水相溶的液体，带有跟乙醇相似的气味。由于三氟甲基的强吸电子效应，三氟乙醇的酸性比乙醇强得多，可与杂环化合物生成氢键键连的稳定配合物(如:四氢呋喃、吡啶)。这种独特的物理化学性质以及特殊的分子结构，使其具有与其他醇类不同的性能，可以参与多种有机化学反应，可被氧化为三氟乙醛或三氟乙酸，也可提供三氟甲基，参与Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons反应的Still-Gennari改进。在医药、农药、染料、能源、有机合成等方面具有广泛的用途。 三氟乙醇最主要的用途是用作为麻醉剂，最早使用三氟乙醇与乙炔合成的氟乙炔醚替代副作用较大的溴氟烷烃作麻醉剂，然后又以三氯乙醇为原料相继开发出不可燃性、低毒的异氟烷烃和高性能的新型麻醉剂去氯氟烷烃。三氟乙醇可以将三氟甲基作为功能性基团引进药物的结构中，从而使其产生明显的生理活性，增加分子脂溶性，提高药效或降低生物体的毒副作用，由其合成的药物主要有中枢神经兴奋剂氟替尔，取代吡啶类胃壁细胞质子泵阻断剂Lansoprazole和Pariprazole等，抗心律失常药物氟卡同胺以及镇痛药物苯并二氮杂卓和排尿困难治疗药物KMD－3212等。
