  • 方法二:以二甲苯胺为原料，经亚硝化，还原而得：工艺过程：（1）亚硝化 将稀盐酸及二甲基苯胺搅匀冷却至5℃以下，加亚硝酸钠溶液进行亚硝化，加毕，放置，过滤结晶，用1：1盐酸洗，再用盐酸与酒精的混合液再洗涤一次，抽干，得亚硝化物。（2）还原 将上述粗品有水搅拌成糊状，再加工业浓盐酸，外面用冰水冷却，慢慢加入锌粉，加入温度不宜超过45℃。（3）提取 加氢氧化钠溶液至碱性后，再用苯提取，苯溶液用无水碳酸钾干燥，用水浴回收苯，再减压蒸馏收集成品。其它制法 由甲基橙还原或由对硝基二甲基苯胺用硫化钠或硫化钾还原而制得。工业上用香兰素萃取后废液为原料，经中和、萃取、蒸馏而得。该品对皮肤有刺激性，毒性比对苯二胺大8倍。
  • 方法一:其制备方法是用N，N-二甲苯胺与亚硝酸钠和盐酸进行亚硝化，再在铁粉和盐酸存在下进行还原，得到的N，N-二甲基对苯二胺盐酸盐用碱中和得产品。 也可以从香豆素生产中的废水用氨水中和至pH=7～8，加热至约40℃，沉淀8～12h，清除沉淀渣，用苯萃取中和液，然后减压脱苯即得N，N-二甲基对苯二胺。
