Appearance 二氧化钛(1317-80-2)为白色固体或粉末状的两性氧化物。又称钛白。化学式TiO2,熔点1830~1850℃ ,沸点2500~3000℃。自然界存在的二氧化钛有三种变体:金红石为四方晶体;锐钛矿为四方晶体;板钛矿为正交晶体。二氧化钛在水中的溶解度很小,但可溶于酸,也可溶于碱,反应的化学方程式如下: 二氧化钛和酸的反应:TiO2+H2SO4=TiOSO4+H2O 二氧化钛和碱的反应:TiO2+2NaOH=Na2TiO3+H2O 白色粉末。有板钛型、锐钛型和金红石型三种晶型。工业上利用的主要是后两种。金红石型相对密度4.26,熔点1830~1850℃。锐钛型相对密度3.84。化学性质相当稳定,不溶于水、有机酸和弱无机酸,可溶于浓硫酸、碱和氢氟酸。折射率:金红石型为2.70,锐钛型为2.55。具有优异的颜料性能。无毒。 powder

  • 方法一:硫酸法将钛铁矿粉碎成一定细度的矿粉,再与浓硫酸进行酸解反应。生成块状固相物,用水浸取后,得到钛液(含硫酸氧钛和硫酸亚铁及大量杂质)。通过沉降除去杂质。经冷冻分离除掉硫酸亚铁。添加晶种使硫酸氧钛水解生成偏钛酸(水合二氧化钛),经漂洗、在800~1000℃下煅烧,得到二氧化钛,经粉碎直接作为产品,亦可再继续进行后处理。其 TiO2?FeO+2H2SO4→Ti0SO4+FeSO4+2H2O TiOSO4+2H2O→TiO2?H2O↓+H2SO4 TiO2?H2O→TiO2+H2O 氯化法将金红石或高钛渣原料粉碎成一定粒度与焦炭混合,于900℃在流化床中进行氯化,生成四氯化钛,经净化,加入晶型转化剂,在1300℃左右进行氧化反应,生成二氧化钛,再继续进行后处理,经过滤水洗、干燥、粉碎,得到成品二氧化钛。其 3TiO2+4C+6C12→3TiCl4+2CO+2CO2 TiCl4+O2→TiO2+2C12
