  • 方法一:铁屑法将相对密度1.38的硝酸加入已盛有水的耐酸反应器中,加热至40~50℃,缓慢加入细铁屑进行反应,反应3h,将溶液加热,逐出氧化氮气体。过滤,把滤液蒸发浓缩至形成结晶膜,送人冷却结晶器冷却至0℃以下析出结晶,经吸滤,结晶用20%硝酸洗涤。制得硝酸铁成品。其反应式如下。 Fe+4HNO3→Fe(NO3)3+NO+2H2O Fe+6HNO3→Fe(NO3)3+3NO2+3H2O 母液可循环使用。反应过程中放出的氧化氮气体,工业上常用烧碱溶液吸收,因其吸收速度较快,得到的中和液,用于生产硝酸钠。
  • 毒性:对皮肤有刺激作用,表现为皮肤剧烈瘙痒,毛囊周围发红。吸入其粉尘会引起慢性胃炎、胆囊炎。 生产人员操作时要穿工作服,戴防护口罩,乳胶手套等劳保用品。防止吸入粉尘,保护呼吸器官和皮肤,生产设备要密闭,车间通风应良好,下班后要洗澡,保护皮肤。
  • 微有潮解性,加热至126°C时分解。溶于水、乙醇和丙酮,微溶于冷浓硝酸。
