  • 方法一:将286 kg锌粉，500 kg水加入打浆槽中，成浆后加入列管式反应器中，循环吸收SO 2 约550 kg，制得连二亚硫酸锌（反应温度维持在40～45℃，终点pH值为3～3.5）。 另将698 kg 40%的甲醛加入反应釜中，搅拌下滴加上述连二亚硫酸锌水溶液，并逐渐升温，当温度升至95～100℃时分批加入锌粉共257 kg，保温下反应若干小时，终点以未作用物含量小于1%。静置沉淀，将沉淀物转移至置换釜中。用清水洗涤后在搅拌下加入42%的氢氧化钠溶液755 kg。在65 ℃下反应直至游离碱含量至0.3％～0.5％。将反应物压滤除杂，滤液澄清48 h后进行真空浓缩。冷却结晶，粉碎后得成品。
