  • 用途二:本品作为铬雾抑制剂，在电镀铬时定量加入本品，电解时则形成一定厚度的细密泡沫层，有效的抑制酸雾放出。保护环境，节约铬酐。

  • 方法一:将无水氟化氢加入电解槽中，在15V左右进行电解干燥，当电流降到一定值后，加入辛基磺酸，控制电压4～15 V，电流强度0.1～2A，温度10～15 ℃，进行电化学氟化反应。定期从底部放出反应生成物，并补入原料直至极板钝化为止。反应生成物为辛基磺酸氟。精制后备用。 在洗盐釜中，预先加入95%乙醇和与乙醇等体积的去离子水，再加入一定的氢氧化钾，氧化钙，升温至70 ℃。然后，在搅拌下滴加计量的辛基磺酸氟。当pH值至7时，终止反应。趁热过滤。除去滤渣。滤液冷却，结晶，过滤，干燥后即为成品。
