• 理化性质:三氟甲烷是一种无色，几乎无味，不导电的气体。是一氯二氟甲烷R-22（CHClF2）生产过程中产生的一种不可避免的副产物，是一种强温室气体，其温室效应潜值(GWP=5.7)是CO2的14800倍，在大气层的寿命高达264年，且是目前已知的温室效应第二高的温室气体。三氟甲烷主要用作低温(-100℃)制冷剂，电子工业等离子体化学蚀刻剂及氟有化合物的原料。也可作为有机合成中间体，可与多种物质反应制备三氟甲基化合物，二氟甲基化合物，含氟烷烃，含氟烯烃等。 毒性： 在狗体上进行试验，测定心脏对三氟甲烷的敏感度，狗分别暴露于30%，50%的三氟甲烷药剂(其余为空气)下5min，均无严重的心率不齐发生。其他试验表明，当三氟甲烷浓度达到80%时，动物体内未发现心率不齐现象。当三氟甲烷暴露于明焰下，会分解并产生氢氟酸(HF)。 溶解性： 在恒定温度下，三氟甲烷的溶解度随其分压的升高线性增加。在273.15 K和不同气相压力下，各种溶剂对三氟甲烷的溶解度顺序为：丙酮>无水乙醚>甲醇≈碳酸二乙酯≈磷酸三甲酯>正丁醇>正己烷>氯仿>二苯醚>浓硫酸≈甘油≈氯化石蜡-52。 图1为三氟甲烷分子结构式。
