- 方法一:乙酰苯胺氯磺化下面是两个工业操作示例。操作示例1 搅拌下将67.5kg乙酰胺基苯加到290kg氯磺酸中，控制加料温度在15℃以下,加毕渐升温至60℃，保温搅拌2h，然后将反应物逐渐加于冰水中稀释，温度保持10℃以下，过滤，用冰水漂洗至刚果红试纸呈中性。得对乙酰氨基苯磺酰氯。操作示例2 在20℃ 以下将乙酰胺基苯均匀加入氯磺酸中，按重量计,乙酰苯胺：氯磺酸＝1:5.26，在50± 2℃反应3h。放置8h后，约20℃以下，加适量水分解过剩的氯磺酸，温度不超过28℃，稍冷，过滤，洗涤滤饼至pH=3-4，得对乙酰氨基磺酰氯。收率为83%。该品不宜久存，作为医药和染料生产的中间产物，含量为30%。
