  • 用途四:作用机合成中间体。用于染料、橡胶硫化促进剂、抗腐蚀剂、药物、油品添加剂的生产。该品有毒,小鼠口服LD50550mg/kg。用二丁胺生产二硫代氨基甲酸盐类促进剂,例如,二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌(促进剂BZ)是由促进剂TP与ZnCI2经置换而得的。而促进剂TP(二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸钠)是由二丁胺与二硫化碳和氢氧化钠反应得到的。这类产品属超促进剂,因焦烧时间太短,一般用于胶乳生产。促进剂TP与NiSO4反应可得防老剂NBC。该品在天然橡胶、丁苯、氯丁等合成橡胶中防护热、臭氧、天候的老化。二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸盐(钼、铅、锑),例如二丁铅。用作石油添加剂,有抗氧化、抗磨、抗极压的功能。促进剂TP用氧化剂铁氰化钾在低于0℃条件下氧化而生成二硫化四丁基秋兰姆。也是天然橡胶及合成橡胶的超促进剂,亦可作硫化剂。
