  • 含量分析:准确称取试样约1.0g,用水定容至100ml,移入一滴定管中。另取一250ml三角烧瓶,加0.1mol/L硝酸银10ml,稀硝酸试液(TS-158)5ml和硫酸铁铵试液(TS-99)2ml。用试样液滴定该液到产生
  • 方法二:合成法将氰化钠与硫黄反应生成硫氰酸钠,经除杂、活性炭脱色、过滤,滤液再经蒸发、过滤、结晶、分离,制得硫氰酸钠。其 NaCN+S→NaSCN 砷碱副产法以砷碱液脱除焦炉气中硫化氢时,生成硫氰化钠和氰钠,通过再生塔转化成硫代硫酸钠和氰酸钠。 上述砷碱液脱硫废液用硫酸处理,控制Ph值至4.5,使硫化砷析出,用纯碱中和,此时原料液中硫氰酸钠含量为130~160 g/L,硫代硫酸钠250~300 g/L,经真空蒸发,在15~16℃下结晶,分离除硫酸钠和硫代硫酸钠,粗品加水溶解,加人硫酸在90~100℃保温2h,使硫代硫酸钠转变为硫酸钠,过滤除去,滤液经加碱除铁,加氢氧化钡除残存的硫酸钠,上层净化后滤液再经真空蒸发、离心分离,即得纯度在98%以上、含氧化亚铁(FeO)量0.0005%以下的硫氰酸钠成品。其反应如下: 3Na2S2O3+H2SO4→3Na2SO4+4S+H2O Fe 3+ +3OH - →Fe(OH)3↓ Na2SO4+Ba(OH)
  • 易溶于水、乙醇、丙酮等溶剂中。水溶液呈中性,与铁盐生成血红色的硫氰化铁,与亚铁盐无反应,与浓硫酸生成黄色的硫酸氢钠,与钴盐作用生成深蓝色的硫氰化钴,与银盐或铜盐作用生成白色的硫氰化银沉淀或黑色的硫氰化铜沉淀。
