• 吸水性:有很强的吸水性，在空气中易潮解，对皮肤有腐蚀性，工作场所最高允许浓度为1mg/m3。五氧化二磷的干燥效率是298K时水蒸气的含量为1立方米0.00001克，即被五氧化二磷干燥后，每立方米空气中最多剩0.00001克水，五氧化二磷可使硫酸、硝酸脱水。当五氧化二磷与水物质的量为1:6时，五氧化二磷可转化为正磷酸。
