Oxalic acid dihydrate has been evaluated as a treatment for reducing populations of naturally occurring microorganisms. Used as a buffer in chromatographic separation, dechelation and deproteinization in tandem with acetonitrile and/or other solvents.

  • 方法一:乙二醇氧化法 将乙二醇加入反应釜中,在130 ℃下通空气氧化。经后处理得产品。或将乙二醇和水加入反应釜中,加热至80~85 ℃,在激烈搅拌下加入98%的硝酸,反应4 h后冷却到25 ℃过滤,结晶得产品。 丙烯氧化法 将60%~70%的硝酸加入反应釜中,于10~40 ℃通入珍烯,(二者配料比1︰0.1)搅拌溶解后升温至50~65 ℃,排出氧化氮。冷却至20 ℃结晶过滤,干燥得产品。
  • 用途一:在酸性镀锡中作络合剂,它与四氯化锡组成络合盐溶解在镀锡溶液中。一般加入量为24~25 g/L。还可用于铜件抛光。铝的草酸阳极氧化和硬质阳极氧化溶液中,以及硫酸盐镀铁和刷镀络等电镀液中。
